System architect: - Responsible for Web application architecture. Lead the transformations of monolithic applications into microservice applications that are highly available and resilient hosted on public cloud infrastructure. - Driving design meetings consisting team members from business, UI/UX, domain experts and other stakeholders. Touch all areas including high level architectural design, work-flow/logic design, API design, database design in design meetings. - Quickly create diagrams and UI mockups during meetings to clearly define the requirements, and articulate, document, and sell architectural targets and patterns. Tech lead: - Responsible for mentoring the development teams. Provide technical guidance and domain knowledge to help the engineering team get up to speed. - Work with collaborative development teams to deliver enterprise software solutions within proposed architectural framework. - Analyze information and provide recommendations to address technical and business issues.Technical project management: - Take responsibility for project management of various initiatives, including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and group management.
