1/ Develop candidate source- Contact searching for candidates through the Group's recruitment website and social networks.- Contacting Universities to organize job fairs to find young, enthusiastic, creative and suitable candidates for the Group's culture.- Synthesize, make statistics and analyze candidate data to promptly meet the personnel needs of all units of the Group.2/ Implement recruitment- Search and propose effective recruitment channels.- Manage candidate information (screening resumes, coordinating interview arrangements).- Participate in candidate interviews with specialized Departments/Departments.- Notify interview results, send job offers to successful candidates.- Conduct orientation and integration training activities for new employees.- Build content, images and develop recruitment Fanpage of the Group.
