• Defined and implemented QA standards and best practices for the Marketing Technology (MT) business unit (formal test management system, risk-based testing, testing and defect metrics, automation, performance testing, etc.)• Championed the implementation of MS TFS as an ALM tool not only for QA, but for various areas of software development. Developed the interface that allowed external clients to enter various work items such as change requests, issues, and requirements.• Served on the leadership team across Epsilon to define the standard definitions for QA roles and profiles• Developed and grew a team of 3 QA staff to 50+ comprising of FTEs (Sr. Directors to Associate QA analysts) and vendors• Centralized the QA discipline for MT organization into a CoE that was responsible for a portfolio of over $400M+ servicing all verticals (Financial, Technology, Insurance, CPG, Retail)• Increased the client satisfaction rating for several multi-million accounts from “Effective” to “Very Effective” for quality measures (build quality, defect closure, etc.)• Developed the offshore program kit to enable teams to be able to work effectively with offshore resources• Developed the QA competency for Epsilon’s new captive center, Bengaluru Development Center (BDC). Grew the BDC QA staff to 40+ by the first 9 months into one of the most effective competencies.• Effectively saved Epsilon a projected annual savings of ~$5M from the development of the BDC QA ($430K through conversion and $4.5M from staff growth)
