During my third year of studying Commercial Economics I discovered something that gave me so much energy, motivation and curiousity, it was my first introduction to so called ''self-development'', which I later on translated for myself to ''self-awareness''. All of the sudden I started looking inside of myself, questioning my behaviour, my thoughts, myself, things that I have been ignoring for so long.Ever since this moment I have been reading, experiencing and practicing all kinds of perspectives related to this topic, and my enthusiasm is only growing. Currently I am practicing Zen, Laughing Yoga, writing posts about human consciousness on my blog and volunteering at the National Listening Line (Luisterlijn).
