Application Engineer - Icu And Anesthesiology Dept.
Current- Product Presentations & Demonstrations: o Prepare and deliver presentations, instructions, and on-patient demonstrations for ICU and Anesthesiology departments in major hospitals across Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta, focusing on patient monitors and ventilators. o Schedule regular visits and meetings with hospitals to understand their needs and gather product feedback. o Ensure all technical issues are promptly addressed to maintain optimal product performance. o Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.- Training & Education: o Conduct comprehensive product training for internal staff and clients, including up-to-date product information to optimize usage. o Continuously update knowledge of assigned products through self-learning and manufacturer training.- Sales & Tender Support: o Support Regulatory Affairs (RA) by preparing technical documents for product registration and customer training (pre- and post-sales). o Provide configurations to customers based on their demands.- Product Management: o Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management department to ensure stock availability for demonstrations. o Assist in the lifecycle management of patient monitors and ventilators, including stock management and market implementation strategies. o Support the analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify potential opportunities.
