Current• Directed a team of 40+ data engineers and architects in executing the largest and most complex cloud migration in the Firm’s history, collaborating with 200+ product teams on enterprise data impacts, mitigating inter-program risks and dependencies, and balancing competing stakeholder priorities, which resulted in a transformative shift that overhauled the Firm’s enterprise cloud data strategy and cloud support framework, Firm-wide adoption of a more scalable and resilient data model, and evolution of the Firm’s SSDLC• Spearheaded the Firm’s finance cloud transformation and enterprise data migration to SAP and AWS, achieving millions in realized cost savings and projecting $20MM by year three through the strategic reallocation of existing Firm technology to cloud-based solutions and microservices, elimination of redundant on-prem infrastructure, and optimization of cloud resource usage• Led enterprise data product demos and facilitated weekly health check calls with 200+ downstream customers, advising on data changes from the cloud migration, providing guidance on E2E testing strategies, and aligning on cutover timelines, which resulted in enhanced customer confidence, seamless PROD cutover for 200+ consumers, and nearly 100% conversion and change management success rates across the Firm’s business functions• Oversaw the Firm’s Datalake migration, centralizing data from the AWS us-west to us-east instance. This strategic initiative consolidated enterprise data into a unified data warehouse, enhancing accessibility, reducing latency, and significantly improving the consumer experience, which resulted in a 60% improvement in data processing efficiency and reduction in operational costs• Partnered with senior architects and executives to modernize the enterprise data cloud migration strategy, securing executive buy-in.
