I have been working at Treasury Wine Estates – Barossa since 2017 and currently serves as the Analytical Services Manager. In this role, I oversee the Analytical Services functions, ensuring standardized operations across all eight TWE laboratories in Australia and New Zealand. One of my key responsibilities is maintaining NATA accreditation ISO/IEC 17025, which has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of NATA's accreditation requirements. I am also responsible for driving method development and improvement, implementing automation, and providing technical support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our analytical services. As the Analytical Services Manager, I have demonstrated my dedication to thorough preparation and effective contribution to collaborative discussions and decision-making processes.Beyond my professional role, I hold a volunteer position as the Statistics Secretary for the Interwinery Analysis Group (IWAG), a global laboratory proficiency testing program (NATA accreditation ISO/IEC 17043) for wine and alcoholic beverage analysis. This involvement further reinforces my dedication to quality assurance and my commitment to staying abreast of industry best practices.I also earned a PhD in Chemistry and 6 years of experience as a Chemistry researcher. I have conducted extensive studies, developed analytical methods, and contributed to scientific publications. This experience has honed my problem-solving skills, analytical expertise, and attention to detail.Additionally, I have received training for NATA Certificates, ensuring my familiarity with their accreditation processes.
