Developed Smart Audio solutions for wireless communication and streaming in factories and schools with low latency and noise. Designed audio amplifier, power converter with protection, analog mixer, high-speed digital signals such as ETH, USB and RF using Altium and Saturn PCB Toolkit. Evaluated and tuned filters to match the quality. Developed a Fire Detection and Alarm System with high accuracy and promptness. Designed PCIe network module (4G, WIFI, ETH) following 4-layer PCB stack up, fire detection zones which collect fire conditions from sensors and send them to the main board using RS485 protocol.Joined in ODM/OEM team and developed a Tire Pressure Monitoring System for a automotive accessory retailer. Laid out a compact-size PCB to match the required enclosure. Designed the battery charger and protection then optimized power consumption (10µA in final product). Drew a patch antenna for Bluetooth using CST Studio and performed VNA calibration for impedance matching network.Designed electrical enclosures using Solidworks, NX, AutoCAD.Contacted and discussed with foreign vendors in person.Wrote requirements and manufacturing documents. Collaborated with manufacturing department and factories to guarantee the output quality.
