CurrentDeveloped a real-time data streaming system using Kafka with Confluent Kafka Python to transfer transaction data between mobile and internet banking databases in the UAT environment. Contributed to building an Operational Data Store (ODS) for real-time data synchronization using Oracle GoldenGate, and supported the development of Data Governance policies, including the Security Classification of metadata fields. Additionally, participated in developing the Credit Alert Warning System based on internal policies.Acquired in-depth knowledge of IVB's core technologies and applications, such as Flexcube, IVB One, Internet Banking, SWIFT, and key databases like Core Banking, AML, and Citad.Organized project management with Agile/Scrum on Jira for the ODS and Early Warning System (EWS) projects, managing teams of up to 20 members, including both internal and external stakeholders. Set up and configured Jira and Confluence for tracking, user permissions, and documentation. Structured workflows using Agile/Scrum, organizing tasks into epics, user stories, and subtasks to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and outsourced partners.Managed all project documentation on Confluence, including deployment and user guides, infrastructure details, and reports. Led sprint planning and execution (2-4 week cycles), ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Monitored project progress through Jira dashboards, automated alerts for overdue tasks, and ensured timely completion of deliverables.
