We operate in 34 markets and we are also busy expanding campaigns to other parts of the world.As from January 2016 we have run more than +500 campaigns, for the biggest brands like McDonald’s, Nestle, P&G, L'oreal, Sephora, Coca-Cola, Huawei, T-Mobile, etc.We work with the largest media agencies and digital creative agencies in the world such as: MediaCom, Mindshare, MEC, Starcom, OMD, Havas Media, VML, Dentsu etc.

I am in charge of assisting Tax Partners with time and calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, event management, updating databases, document preparation & management, billings, financial management support, drafting and completing internal and external communications on the Partners’ behalf, as well as cooperation with other Executive Assistants, colleagues from other business units and internal and external clients.

I am responsible for booking and coordinating ticket distribution among EY employees and arranging the seating according to strategic client relationship goals of EY Partners and Directors.

My duties revolve around identifying and introducing new clients to the platform, guiding them through the subscription process, elucidating options enabled by the service and monitoring the payment accountancy.

I was in charge of supporting Tax Managers and Senior Managers with telephone and event management, arranging meetings, booking travels, creating short client deliverables and documents, project and client data management, as well as cooperation with other Executive Assistants, colleagues from other business units and internal and external clients.

My duties revolved around collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends on team projects (including projects for Business Insider, Storytel, Urgo, Nasic, Skyn), updating competitor database by inputting data from field sales, participating in team project meetings (brainstorming, briefing), compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information. Furthermore I was in charge of creating presentations and distributing reports, translating various documents from English to Polish (and vice versa) which was assigned to me due to my proficiency in English.

My main responsibility was translating British and American articles for the Polish market, conducting online research covering fashion, beauty, health and lifestyle, producing and editing online content according to website guidelines and creative writing.
