Strong connection to emerging print and pattern trends, including AI (using midjourney for new solutions, and AI color software for fast and multiple color results);. Oversee the Design team in building and maintenance of critical paths to support commercial opportunities throughout the year;. Identify opportunities to utilize technology to improve trend forecasting and ways of working (new tool created with the innovation team to organize and optimize all the prints and arts archive);. Responsible for managing a team of 11 graphic designers that delivers 800 prints per year, 4 collections, and at least 4 collaborations per year. Responsible for more than 80% of revenue, the company grew 13% in 2023, reaching annual sales of BRL 1.3 billion. (Approx. USD 260 million). This 2-digit growth has been constant over the last 5 years.
