At Modern Air Mechanical, it is my primary duty to receive all calls and dispatch HVAC service technicians in a prompt and accurate manner. It is also my duty to keep accurate bookkeeping, make deposits, provide accurate time keeping, filing, data management, and billing. My department also lead our 'HVAC Residential Construction' team which I lead and dispatched personally for some time. During this time, I oversaw new installations from start to finish which included ordering heavy equipment and booking cranes, scissor lifts, or other heavy equipment, pulling city permits and coordinating the installation with our clients.

At Red Wing Shoes, I was the lead salesman for several years before becoming manager. This job came with the responsibility of becoming a product specialist to assist customers with proper safety wear and coaching a small team. Furthermore, I was in charge of all merchandising, logistics, as well as handling accounts receivable and payable. After only a few months as head of operations, customer satisfaction increased significantly and net sales increased by over twenty percent comparative to years prior.
