Dudley has been involved in the Real Estate and Real Estate development business in California for the past 35 plus years. He has an unparalleled cross section of experience, including land acquisition, planning and development of residential, commercial and agricultural properties throughout California. Leaving behind a career in medicine and opting for a less confining profession, Dudley started Kirkpatrick Development Corporation in 1973 after several years with Dart Industries, a Fortune 500 company. There he was responsible for management of company owned commercial and industrial properties, property acquisition and development in the western states. His connection with Santa Barbara County Real Estate dates back to 1972 and his work with Leonard K. Firestone and Lotsie Busch in the early stages of development of the Firestone Vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley.Dudley’s love for people kept him from retirement after selling his company a few years ago, and it seemed only natural to continue his connection with Real Estate in this beautiful place we all call “Paradise”.Few decisions you will make are equal to the importance of a home sale or purchase.
