As Regional Recruiter of AssuredPartners Great Lakes, I lead the recruiting efforts for all of our service and operations position throughout Michigan, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Greater Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. People have always been my passion and my pursuit of that began early in my career working as a manager with multiple companies in the retail sector. After leaving retail it was difficult to find another career that would allow me to service individuals like I used to on a daily basis. I was given the opportunity to begin recruiting in the world of Automotive manufacturing and 5 years later here we are! After learning the ins and outs of recruiting for multiple third party agencies I finally found my true calling being the advocate of an amazing company and attracting top talent to join us and experience the culture, growth and stability they were sold on.Outside of recruiting I practice my passion daily. I have been involved with strength and conditioning for High School athletes, Coaching and mentoring little league teams, and hosting 1 on 1 clinics during the off season to get athletes to the next level of their game. When I am not involved with athletes, I truly value the time I get to spend with my son and wife out exploring the great state of Michigan! Also, GO BLUE!!!
