Moveline is changing the moving industry by making it not...suck. How? A mix of revolutionary digital tools and a radical concept called customer service. Yeah, being good people and doing a great job. It all adds up to a radically easier way to move from point A to B. And if you've ever managed a long-distance move yourself, you know how badly Moveline is needed. A few years ago, while at Modea, I had the opportunity to co-lead an amazing team that hatched this thing called Moveline by asking a simple question: what should the moving experience be? In a perfect world, how would we do this? Together, we turned a simple idea into a real business that we proudly spun off out into the real world. The Moveline Team has done (and continues to do) an amazing job of building and refining the concept further. I'm excited about being a part of the core team now, serving as Content + Creative Director, responsible for overall brand management and marketing. As a department head, I also serve on the Master Strategy team, making key business decisions and setting the strategy for the entire company.

I lead all creative work for my clients. I worked with my awesome creative team to develop kick-ass stuff. I worked with the strategy and account leadership to develop and maintain great client relations. In short, we made sure the ship flies right.

Wow. Ask me--it was a trip. Worst/best thing that's ever happened to me professionally. I wrote stuff and cried a lot, but I learned what not to do so there's that. Be sure to ask about the brochure on plastic bags, it was a doozy.
