CurrentHiring, training, mentoring and leading guarding personnel in various roles on the projectLeading, coordinating, and completing projects within specific timeframes, as set out by the Project ManagerTouring the project grounds on a continuous basis to ensure guarding personnel as safe, properly equipped and executing duties in accordance with established policies and proceduresConducting sensitive and confidential investigations on behalf of SSRGManaging employee performance, issuing disciplinary notices and implementing corrective action plans as neededIdentifying unsafe conditions and taking appropriate action to influence safe behaviorsPlanning, developing, and leading emergency response exercises and fulfilling emergency response roles as requiredWorking closely with the Project Managers and client on a daily basis and working collaboratively across all internal business lines (HSE, Administration, Payroll and Finance, IT, Executive) to ensure service excellenceParticipating in regular briefings and meetings with SSRG executivesLeading by example; demonstrating integrity beyond reproach and a high standard of professionalism, both on and off duty
