Dublin & Krakow

• Supervisor on a team of 10 Fund Accountants dealing with a wide variety of financial instruments across a number of hedge funds.
• Responsible for reviewing team members account reconciliations during a large client initialization project.
• Resolving cash and position reconciliations in a timely, efficient manner.
• Training and development of team members on a regular basis.
• Direct communication with middle office operations on a daily basis to ensure aged breaks are investigated and resolved.
• Communications with the client on a regular basis to ensure all areas of the initialization process run as smoothly as possible.

Dublin

• Responsible for managing a team of 5 within the ETF department, focusing on fixed income.
• Oversight of income processed on all 72 funds including processing of sinking bonds, manual amortisation and end to end valuation on 4 Exchange Traded Commodity funds.
• Responsible for team scheduling, creating individual training and development programmes for each employee and conducting team appraisals.
• Resolving income based queries on a daily basis and participating in resolving more complex client queries with other Senior Associates.
• Chairing daily handover calls to the Boston office to highlight any important issues/items on the funds prior to leaving the office.
• Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings with team members to share ideas and collaborate in order to improve team efficiencies.

Since joining State Street I've worked as a Fund Accountant on the Money Market Unit with a team of seven.My roles include:- Daily processing of capstock, income and expenses to produce accurate NAV valuations.- Performing cash, position and market value reconciliations.- Review and updating of expense accruals as per client prospectus.- Performing final.
