I directed and performed all aspects of pool operations, maintenance, care, and utilization of the district's indoor, eight-lane, 25-yard, 225K gallon swimming and diving facility. I direct all aspects of the district-wide boys and girls swimming and diving program with more than 50 total athletes. Before my current job, I designed, led, and expanded an international network of 20+ local host heroes producing live educational coaching development seminars. I updated and streamlined communications and marketing materials to address requirements of various nations, languages, cultures, and new program. I managed three staff organizing and delivering services.• I doubled our international division membership within three years.• I produced and coordinated sessions for thousands of students on five continents in 20+ countries including primary upcoming BRICS markets and Middle East.• I devised two additional local partners in 2017 with eight more in development.
