Assume responsibility for more than 430 miles of track from St. Paul, MN to Chicago, IL. The territory is the most critical stretch of the CP system in the U.S., and it contains two of the largest and most critical Yards on the CP system including the St. Paul, MN and Bensenville, IL. Manage an operating expense budget of approximately $13M and millions in capital expenditures, with a focus on supporting safe and efficient operations. Lead staff in training and execution of a new Consequence Leadership style in support of overall corporate culture change. Oversee compliance investigation plans, and conduct timely , through and efficient compliance investigations.
