Senior Affiliate Account Manager (Enterprise)
CurrentTeam lead responsible for Affiliate channel strategy and execution including the planning and delivery of performance-based and paid media campaigns for Crocs, Inc.Daily responsibilities include: Defining, monitoring, and analyzing trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs to produce forecasts, budget, and KPI setting for affiliate program portfolio. Leading all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates. Developing initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics. Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as communication of the performance of the program and recommended strategies based on data and trend analysis.
