With over 18 years of experience in the health technology sector, I am passionate about helping medical professionals improve their practice and patient care with innovative and user-friendly tools. As a Customer Success Manager at TELUS Health, I leverage my expertise in two electronic medical record (EMR) platforms, KinLogix and Medesync, to provide tailored solutions and support to doctors, health professionals, and receptionists. My mission is to foster a strong relationship between the customer and TELUS Health, and to be the voice of the customer internally. I also enjoy finding new and original ways to reach and engage customers through various channels, and to simplify complex functionalities and processes for them.In my current role, I also collaborate with other teams and departments to help customers transition their practice to new tools and technologies. For example, I was involved in the Living Labs program, a unique initiative that aimed to optimize clinic workflows and performance by bringing in new software and hardware solutions. As a senior project manager, I was responsible for the Quebec Lab, where I helped doctors and medical professionals to maximize their use of the EMR, brought more efficient processes to the clinic, reported financial aspects of the project to executives, and moderated board meetings and cross-business communications. To deliver these projects successfully, I used my skills in Microsoft SQL Server, customer service, and communication, as well as my ability to orchestrate a team of technicians, trainers, developers, and medical professionals.
