DUG-G aka Duggy started playing basketball when he was 7 years old, he even went to the US on a scholarship but things didn’t work out as he expected. He thought it was a big step for his basketball career, but because of all the frustrations he had over the years, he started caring less and he joined a Fraternity in College where people partied too much to adapt to College life. As soon as, he understood that, becoming a professional basketball player wasn’t going to work out with the lifestyle he had, he started focusing on music more. After ending a chapter of his life in the USA, he moved to London, England to continue his academic career, he started taking music way more seriously and he started writing raps. After staying in London for 2 years he decided to return to his hometown in Turkey. Being back home during the pandemic brought golden opportunities for him to finally graduate from college after 25 years. It's been a long roller-coaster ride... No more time to waste. So, he opened up his home studio. Started working on perfecting his craft right away. His work got recognized after the freestyles that he dropped. He recently signed a record deal with Bentley Records in New York, USA.He is trusting the process and enjoying the journey so far. He thinks that music is a great tool to escape from this real-world and maybe even change it. Now he even works harder and is intensely focused on his music career, and he is ready to take it to the next level.
