Provide systems analysis, performance monitoring, and recommendations for a suite of custom created constituent management software housing over 10 million rows / 2.5 TB of contiguous data. Lead project teams on systems performance tuning, deployment, specifications, and documentation.

Provide IT administration to include server and desktop management, file storage and backup, VPN, email, and web services. Update current technology implementation to standardize organization with consistent desktop services and applications. Plan, prepare, and execute IT overhaul to include new systems, new Inventory Management / General Ledger System, new VPN solution, new website, new email, and new collaborative environment. Inventory Manager duties include but are not limited to ordering, cycle counting, verifying, transferring company inventory valued at just less $3 million while maintaining 3.4 average annual turns. Observe, record, analyze, evaluate, and provide better efficiencies in regards to company business systems alongside daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

Provided configuration, technical, and training support for JADOCS (Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System) C4ISR software for multiple exercises and real world deployments including multi-national scenarios, interfacing with multiple additional other C4ISR systems, facilitating consistent, accurate dataflow between systems. Worked directly with service branches in developing and documenting system requirements, additional needs, and future capabilities. Worked with USJFCOM in developing the current and future systems functionality of JADOCS and the interoperability of JADOCS and other C4ISR systems. Acted as primary lead with Navy NETWARCOM and worked with NETWARCOM’s fleet wide ship deployment of JADOCS. Supported multiple testing and evaluation spirals at the Air Force AOC Weapons Systems Testing Center at Langley. Created and presented point paper describing JADOCS 2.0 Horizon needs and capabilities to program leadership.

Primary contract with Navy Special Warfare Development Group N33IO (09/03-10/04) providing guidance, expertise and technical evaluation on National Security Level project. Several secondary contracts with local businesses and organizations providing IT and management consultation, various IT related services, and IT training.

Managed and supported the MSCEAST and MSCLANT domains and networks comprised of 26 servers, over 500 desktops and laptops, and network infrastructure connecting multiple sites valued at over $2.5 million. Developed and performed regularly scheduled maintenance on existing networks and servers, including but not limited to backups & restores, periodic reviews and analysis of network and server performance, planning for contingency and emergency scenarios, and creation and implementation of solution options for network and server based projects. Developed and maintained a fluid and professional working environment including both OSS and MSC employees to further facilitate OSS / MSC customer relations, and provided timely problem resolution / project completion. Managed, led, and encouraged seven OSS employees in professional development and growth and the building and strengthening of interpersonal and professional skills.

Technical Trainer (MCSE, MCT, A+, N+, I-Net+, Linux+, CIW) Trained students in various facets of networking including, NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Proxy Server, A+ Hardware and DOS, Network +, Linux + and various others courses that were specific to the US Navy. Developed several new course curriculum, training materials and training techniques, and trained co-trainers in these new courses.
