Thank you to all my Caverion colleagues! It was an interesting experience working for Caverion at the various paper mills throughout Värmland. I worked for Caverion at Skoghall with the team to help complete the Skoghall holding tank project. Next I was assigned to Gruvön and helped to prepare for a large maintenance stop. This stop was cancelled ( Coronavirus ) and I was transferred to Uppsala for a temporary post of 4 weeks to help complete the electrical installation of houses 2-4. I welcomed a new baby to the world and have taken new employment at SP Gruppen. Which is closer to home and has a promising future.

My time with Selek AB as a project manager was short but I strived to be safe, productive and flexible. Through diligence and support I cultivated a safety first work environment. My projects maintained a zero loss time due to injury rating. I believe having a team mentality is a key part of safety. I strived to include and challenge Selek personnel through a master and apprentice model. This allowed senior workers to thoughtfully present their skills to junior workers in a supervised environment. At the Värtan facility we completed the Exhaust ( P8 & P4 ) sampling projects and the Biofuel ( Boat and Train ) sampling projects on time and under budget. Establishing relationships with plant personnel, allocating the correct resources and identifying priorities allowed us to quickly adjust and complete all changes to the project scope.

I was hired by Selek AB as a helper, installing cables and safety switches at the Brista facility ( Stockholm Exergi ). I was promoted to Project manager the next year.

- Coordinated, managed and monitored the workings of the service department, construction department and office.- Secured funding to hire a new technician, purchase service vehicle and increase projects department purchasing power. - Created and implemented procedures to ensure accurate invoicing, methodical payroll, and accounts payable. - Utilized financial data to pinpoint and eliminate financial overspending . - Hired an independent bookkeeping firm to professionally manage invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and coordinate with accountant for corporate taxes.- Took G&G from net loss in 2013 & 2014 fiscal years to net profits in 2015 & 2016 fiscal years. On pace for a net positive year in 2017.

- Execute electrical projects in accordance with corporate Policy.- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry and promote good customer relationships.- Prepare and submit electrical construction project budget estimates - Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.- Manage the implementation of quality control programs.- Represent company on matters such as business services and partner matters.- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.- Hire and supervise the activities of partners and subcontractors.- Manage the implementation of Company and legislated Health and Safety Programs, including Tool box meetings, safety procedures, and compliance to PPE- Material and equipment purchasing for secured jobs- Co-ordinate and manage various projects- Travel to various sites or clients to undertake the above- Perform site safety inspections- Monthly progress billings
