Administer and organize HayaHelps programs in Gaza. working closely with the Canadian team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. perform various coordinating tasks, like serving as a spokesperson for HayaHelps along with administrative duties, like conducting outreaches, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

A member of SDF program Yalla Change, promoting youth's role as a change/ leader in Gaza communities that aims at activating their participants leading social change and improving their contribution in addressing their issues and rights through changing their capacity building and promoting their use of advocacy and social media as active tools for change.As well as, implementing social initiatives .

I worked as a project supervisor and facilitator in "Gaza Stronger by its Will" winter camp for people with disabilities which was implemented by UNDP and the government of Japan, in partnership with Palestinian Olympic and Alaqsa university. I was teaching initiatives proposal writing and then as a supervisor on implementing those initiatives. besides, assist with the Palestinian Olympic team, and effectively communicate with them, I used to prepare daily reports and set mentoring plans, evaluating and improving the processes

Implementing social initiatives which promote the culture of non-violence in Palestinian society, delivering cultural and awareness activities that highlight the importance of a culture of tolerance, dialogue and non-violence in resolving the social issues .as well as, Coordinating with the civil society institutions and organizations to implement the initiatives, Conduct regular reports and plans.An added value to my work i was able to address UNRWA based on my professional network and I implemented initiatives with them.

I started as a trainee in a training program called Youth empowerment and conflict management & resolution in Gaza, my mission was assisting the organization as a youth representative, providing and preparing research papers, then I voluntary worked as an interpreter during the reconciliation for the foreign delegations
