I manage projects and provide tool/equipment inspection, evaluation, and training for clients of a global organization that offers environmental, health, and safety evaluation in addition to audits for semiconductor equipment manufacturers. I deliver on-site visits and field sampling at semiconductor fabrication facilities. I develop test plans, conduct testing (mainly for harmful chemical emissions from equipment and radiation as well as noise), and ensure compliance with safety/industrial standards and regulations (SEMI S2, CE Marking, Client Risk Management, NFPA, OSHA). Additionally, I perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Process Hazard Analysis as well as evaluate ventilation systems and conduct ventilation testing. I review procedures and manuals for hazards warning, energy isolation, and maintenance tasks and prepare high-volume of issues lists and technical reports, ranking risk and offering solutions. I designed and performed viscosity testing experiments for application development of MEMS viscometers. I conducted data analysis to diagnose process and improve product design as well as planned and developed technical application notes. I carried out troubleshooting of failures and offered solutions to returned products.
