With over a decade of experience in innovation and venture capital, I lead the Founders Development Program at Accenture Ventures, where I help underrepresented entrepreneurs advance and grow their technology businesses through greater, more direct access to venture capital, corporate mentorship, and strategic connections. I leverage my expertise in law, international business, and social networking to create bridges between Global 2000 companies and the startup ecosystem, and to improve the ability of underrepresented communities to create wealth and enable the next generation of innovation.I am also the founder and CEO of My Block Skin, a mission-driven company that provides innovative and effective SPF solutions for the melanin-rich community. By promoting education, awareness, and access to high-quality sun care products, I aim to redefine the narrative around sun protection and ensure that every individual, regardless of skin tone, can enjoy the sun safely while maintaining healthy and radiant skin. Additionally, I serve on several boards and mentorship programs that support the inclusivity, diversity, and growth of BIPOC entrepreneurs, creatives, and academics. I am passionate about connecting technology, culture, and education within communities and operating at the intersection of my passion and purpose.
