Accomplishments:• Led the implementation of an org-wide intranet catalog for promotional merchandise following a $5M RFP that resulted in over $1M in cost reduction across 4 new suppliers. The end result was a highly-customized internal catalog with +100% more products, available to +33% more employees, and a portfolio of suppliers that is 50% diverse-owned. Delivered above-and-beyond client service by ensuring program success long after signature. The new program will deliver quarterly savings indefinitely due to creative contract negotiations. • Led the renegotiation of client’s affiliate media agency/network contract. Delivered cost reduction savings of $1.1M (-25%) while increasing the staff hours by +12%, all while securing key non-pricing terms and service level guarantees. • Delivered $5.22M in total savings on $17.3M in total negotiated spend. • Received 5 official commendations from client stakeholders, more than any other consultant on the account, the average being 1.39 commendations per consultant.
