The Greens is a not-for-profit, apolitical and non-governmental youth organization that connects, inspires, educates, and engages young people to take action to combat climate change and be at the forefront of biodiversity conservation and waste management. Through The Greens, I have been able to;- Anchor over 350 weekly Environmental Radio programs with CRTV, Abakwa FM Radio, and other radio stations as Environmental Journalist,- Create 15 school environmental clubs such as G.H.S Kedjom-Keku,- Plant over one million trees,- Organize over 100 environmental education trainings and workshops,- Organize more than 25 hikes and nights in the forests,- Use arts (Green Arts and Poetry), sports (Conservation Champions League), media (Movie screenings and documentaries), and the Earth Rangers program to educate and engage thousands of young people in my community to care for the environment.- Mobilize hundreds of local and international volunteers from the United States and Germany.As Founder/Executive Director of The Greens, I;- Represent the organization, oversee and report the organization’s results to the board of directors,- Plan, organize, and direct the organization’s operations, projects, and programs,- Write grant applications and fundraise for the organization,- Develop and implement consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics,- Recruit and Retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers by providing career coaching, growth, and personal development for the team,- Serve as Environmental Journalist for the organization's weekly radio program,- Serve as Facilitator for our Environmental trainings/workshops,- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all organization's activities,- Promote agro-environmental research and innovation,- Serve as the organization's public relations expert and network the organization with organizations.

- Teach Geology to High School students- Plan and prepare lessons as well as encourage student participation during lessons- Research and develop new teaching materials and methods that include the use of ICT for teaching/learning.- Set assessments and oversee examinations as well as give the students assignments and fieldwork tasks- Mark student work and record performance in student portfolios.- Organize geological field trips to geological sites in and out of the region.- Serve as School Environmental Club coordinator wherein I coordinate club activities and facilitate environmental trainings and outdoor activities.- Serve as a member of the Staff Socials executive wherein I promote socialization among colleagues- Give the students one on one coaching and mentorship on issues relating to academics, career orientation, volunteerism, discipline, social life, etc.- Serve as member of the Academic and Class Councils wherein we evaluate individual and general student performance as well as make recommendations with respect to improving overall academic performance.

- Offer consultancy services to Y'G's clients in the domains of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development- Provide consultancy services with respect to creating and managing Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Social Enterprises, Foundations, and CIGs as well as drawing up Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy documents for businesses.- Offer advice, training, and solutions to NGOs, CIGs, Social Enterprises, and Foundations- Implement Y'G Inc. CSR in the community by proposing and managing Y'G Inc.-funded community projects.- Monitor and assess Y'G's impact on the environment and propose solutions on how Y'G can reduce her carbon footprint.

The Network of Environmental Stakeholders Cameroon (NEST-Cam) is an association of environmental activists and organizations in Cameroon with head office at the Regional Delegation of Environment, Protection of Nature, and Sustainable Development of the North West Region of Cameroon. Besides being a member, I serve as the Secretary General of the Network, and some of my key responsibilities are to;- Represent the network in all public and private environmental gatherings and manifestations as well s environmental audits and impact assessments.- Advocate for the implementation of local, national, and international environmental laws and policies- Ensure members pay their membership dues as well as recruit new members to the network- Fundraise and write project proposals for the network- Expose illegal environmental practices and bring perpetrators to justice- Organize activities to commemorate international environmental days such as World Environment Day, World Water Day, Ozone Day, etc- Liaise civil society organizations and activists with the government- Manage the network's projects and programs via which I assign key roles to competent activists or organizations for implementation.- Report the organization's activities to the Regional Delegate of Environment, Protection of Nature, and Sustainable Development and the General Assembly of the network.

The Kedjom-Keku Community Forest Project is a project of the Network for the Conservation of the Bamenda Highlands Forests (NeCoBaHiF) comprised of three organizations; Kedjom-Keku CASUD, La Liberte Arts Group, and my organization, The Greens. Besides being the Coordinator of the Network, I am also the Project Coordinator of the Project that is my biggest conservation achievement. I conceived the project that acquired 1000 hectares of Afromontane forest via leasing and created the Kedjom-Keku Community Forest that is being conserved as a business that generates revenue, provides forest ecosystem services, and employment opportunities to the people of Kedjom-Keku. As Project Coordinator, some of my key responsibilities are to;- Manage the Kedjom-Keku Community Forest in a way that ensures the conservation and sustainable use of nature alongside the social, environmental, cultural, and even economic benefits.- Provide advice and capacity-building workshops to forest-adjacent owners on maintenance and care for trees.- Recruit and train members of the community in Tree Nursery Design, Construction, and Management, and Water Catchment Protection for them to be in charge of water catchment protection- Recruit and train members of the Community in bee farming to be in charge of Apiculture in the forest- Arrange for contract work (e.g. tree planting, harvesting and seed collection) to be undertaken.- Carry out general maintenance work like fencing and fire tracing around the forest- Plan, manage budgets, and lead conservation projects.- Providing valuations on timber, trees, and land.- Liaise with forest-adjacent owners, timber merchants, contractors, customers, and the general public.- Organize the Kedjom-Keku Environmental Day, a day aimed at celebrating the beauty and value of nature in Kedjom-Keku- Sustainably harvest and market non-timber forest productsOrganize hikes, research, and ecotouristic trips to the forest.

Bayelle 3 Youth Development Association is a community-based association of youths of Bayelle 3 Community in Nkwen Fondom of Bamenda 3 Council Municipality in the North West Region of Cameroon. As President, I;- Managed the organization’s overall activities, and worked closely with the Quarterhead and Quarter Council to enhance cooperation and coordination among the youths and members of the community.Presided at all meetings and represented the youths in all matters that concerned them in the community and beyond- Served signatory to the association's accounts- Registered all youths in the community and ensured they actively participated in community development projects as well as paid their dues.- Scouted and disseminated youth opportunities such as scholarships, fellowships, contests, etc- Promoted social cohesion among youths of the community via sports, cultural events, etc
