As an aspiring IT professional, I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of South Australia, with a focus on Network Security and Business Systems. I have gained valuable experience and skills through my work and volunteer activities. Since November 2020, I have been working as a Team Member at Woolworths Mawson Lakes, where I have developed customer service, self-serve assistance, and online order skills. I also tutor ICT, Mathematics and Geography to primary and high school students, which enables me to share my knowledge and help others achieve their academic goals. Additionally, I have volunteered as a UniMentor, supporting new students in their transition to university life and participating in various campus events. Through my academic projects, I have demonstrated my ability to design, implement, and test various IT systems, such as a Radiation Oncology Practice Management System, an Emergency Ambulance Response System, and an Online Restaurant Booking System. I have also acquired proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools, such as Python, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Razor pages C#, Cisco Packet tracer, Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, OOP concepts, Wireshark, Agile concepts and governance, Cyber-security risk management and governance, Enterprise management, ITIL, ISMS, Cisco Packet Tracer, Linux, and UML. I am a motivated and hardworking person who constantly seeks new challenges and opportunities to grow. I am eager to connect with like-minded people and explore new career prospects in the IT industry.
