As a Program Coordinator at Improv It Up, I have over three years of experience in planning, executing, and evaluating theatre-based workshops and programs for various audiences, including corporate clients, school districts, and community groups. I have a Master of Arts in Applied Theatre from Goldsmiths, University of London, where I learned how to use drama as a tool for education, social change, and community engagement.My core competencies include curriculum design, data analysis, communication, and social media. I collaborate with teaching artists, stakeholders, and participants to create and deliver customized and engaging theatre programs that meet their needs and goals. I also oversee the data management and evaluation of the programs, using surveys, software, and graphs to present and analyze feedback and outcomes. Additionally, I support the marketing and promotion of the programs, developing and designing materials and content for various platforms.
