Duties and Responsibilities:-Responsible for overseeing, supervising and checking of materials take offby junior QS.-Review thoroughly the MEP Scope of Works, drawings, layout, schematics andspecifications.-Coordinates, interface works with other estimating section (Architecture, ExternalWorks etc)-Prepare queries and make clarifications to the clients.-Responsible for materials take off for the preparation of equipment, materials andquantities-Prepare all attachments and vendors list for inquiry to suppliers and Sub-contracts.-Evaluate priced quotation and verification of cost submitted by Sub-contractors andsuppliers-Prepare all direct cost for input in the CCS/Candy System (Construction ComputerSoftware).-Finalize bid cost for submission and review by Estimation Manager.-Identifies bid qualifications and clarifications.Tendered Projects:-Infrastructure-Hospitality-Mixed Used Development-Residential / High Rise Buildings-Clinics & Hospitals-Schools-Government Facilities-Industrial Facilities-Shell and Core
