I specifically worked at Aerie and Offline by Aerie. As a stock associate, I had the opportunity to work both in the stock room and the sales floor. In both areas, I developed strong skills of organization and completion, established profound communication and interpersonal skills with team members. On the sales floor, I kept replenishing with necessary products. I also communicated with management in areas of inventory to identify and communicate product concerns. From both areas, I gained a great level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Some skills I learned was to make customer orders on call with Spanish speaking customers using the correct and appropriate vocabulary. I ensured customer satisfaction through engaging and authentic manners. I assisted in creating new enrollments for customers. Most importantly, I collaborated and communicated with other team members of the company to achieve customer’s needs by appropriately and proactively handling customer concerns and questions.

I also persuaded customers to join the membership program and provided customers with the best service by preparing fitting rooms, finding sizes, and giving honest knowledgeable feedback. I also implemented new skills of customer service while also receiving feedback from management and colleagues.
