Currently I working day shift and taking care of 20+ patients for eight hours shifts. From time to time I work as unit manager, as a unit manager I am in charged of supervising patient care delivery by CNA and three LNs. Assess and transfer acutely Ill resident to higher level of care. Currently working as a wound and colostomy treatment nurse.
