• Proactively identify, screen, and approve a series of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.• Practice numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling, partnering with other business partners, candidate referral and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.• Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates by utilizing internet advertising and searches, professional and social networks, university recruiting programs, and referrals.• Screen candidates, negotiate pay rates with candidates, scheduled interviews, and extend offers.• Manage scheduling and logistics of interviews with candidates and account managers.• Source, interview and hire internal sourcing professionals and junior recruiters, both offshore and on-site.• Supervise, train, and facilitate career development of internal sourcing professionals and junior recruiters.• Meet and exceeded all recruiting standards set forth by management as well as personal goals.• Utilize networking sources such as Monster.com, Craig's List, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn , Dice, and Zip Recruiter to post jobs and source candidates.• Build strong, positive relationships with clients, hiring managers, staffing specialists and other HR professionals.
