Bellarmine University

Planned and executed Bellarmine Volunteer Days (BVD)* on and off campus for individual students and student organizations. Lead a committee of 15 members --met every two weeks-- who helped coordinate each volunteer day. Met with an advisor on a weekly basis to look at logistics and approve service events. Also served as the student coordinator for blood drives on campus.*BVD- volunteer opportunities with organizations such as Dare to Care, Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Supplies OverSeas, Habitat for Humanity, Volunteers of America, NEDA, Animal House, and more.

Bellarmine University

The Student Activities Center is the main hub for registered student organizations, including the Bellarmine Orientation Team and the Student Government Association at Bellarmine. This is a work study position and it takes care of general office needs --answering phones, greeting visitors, faxing documents, picking up mail, etc. Other tasks include providing customer service to office visitors, aiding in the planning and executing stages of office events, restocking materials for student organizations in the office, distributing event PR materials throughout campus, creating and sending the daily newsletter to all students, and assisting office staff with other projects.
