Enable the Bill of Materials [BOM] of each design released to all departments, such as Quality, Production, Engineering, Production Control, among others, through various systems.Confirm that all customer requirement is included in the product design. Assuring to correct any abnormal conditions within the design. Preparation and follow-up to Engineering change request [ECN].Confirm the design applicable to each customer purchase order, to ensure that the correct product is manufactured.Review the current condition of the product against the design and make any necessary adjustments to make the manufacturing process more efficient. Audit the current condition of the parts against the design. Follow up the design since prototype to mass production startup with all manufactures [China, Vietnam, Philips, Mexico, Japan].Attend internal and customer events during development of harness [Japan, USA].Coordination of all events during development of the harness to assure the correct maturation level.
