Working in fine dining ignited my interest in food, a stellar client experience and how those two elements enrich a special moment in someone’s life or business. Well, that and the delicious and beautiful bite-sized house-made hors-d’oeuvres and desserts our clients and their guests rave about.At Capers, I may be found working on a lavish gala for thousands, a private school event for a few hundred or an intimate corporate event for a small group. For each event, I enjoy connecting with clients, providing fresh, creative ideas and bringing a sense of calm and confidence to each catering engagement.I’m continually inspired by our team, the farm-to-table philosophy, the local Boston food scene, and healthy eating and living. I live this out as a fitness instructor and maker of my current favorite food trend — bowls. My favorite Capers dish?
