Training Manager for Mexico & Latin America Ophthalmology, Aesthetic Medicine & Botox. Developed and implemented training programs according to the needs of each therapeutic area; delivered classroom and distance courses; implemented e-learning and smartphone-based e-learning programs to enable follow-up of learning results. Established a Coaching program for District Managers, including the reporting system. Prepared and updated training manuals and materials. Performed field work with sales representatives to identify training needs and follow-up of existing programs. Created the Sales Training Department in Latin America for Ophthalmology, including countries like Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico. Was responsible for the management and implementation of the training program (scientific, technical, commercial skills and interpersonal & behavioral skills) for Sales Representatives and District Managers. Established and monitored the distance e-learning training system. Prepared and updated training manuals and materials. Transformed the sales technique the MA area relied, decreasing client’s discounts by 90%. Negotiated a partial financing scheme with the International Department in London, to implement 2 training programs, reducing Mexico expenses by $10,000 USD. Generated annual savings of $60,000 pesos by negotiating a new agreement with the e-learning materials supplier for all 3 sales force teams. Introduced the GROW Coaching for the program, which I learned in London, for the 10 District Managers; secured a budget of $200,000 pesos for the program which became the first LATAM country to implement the process. Successfully developed and delivered a communication team program for Allergan staff. Which later replicated in LATAM. Trained 30 Medical Aesthetics representatives in a new sales technique which identify key accounts which targets efforts based on the Pareto Principle (80/20), achieving an improve product turn over.
