Responsible of Truck Hours and extra hours control for KENMEX and KENFAB plants based on plant goals defined in road map to PACCAR Corp. Data Analysis through reports from TRESS System, Personnel administration working closed to directors and managers of each department area Truck Hour forecast monthly based on production rhythm and Headcount, Effective presentation and Assembly Scorecard with principal plant indicators (Safety, Accident Indicator, Quality, TH, Etc..) and Personnel training control.

Knowledge of AS9102, First Articles reports creation based on customer engineering ,Planning ( travelers / rout cards )review, inspection support regard technical questions andcustomer specifications, interpretations and shop tutorials to manufacturing inspectorsand SME’s as well , Quick Hits, Internal & External Acceptance range metrics, ScrapMetrics, Productivity Metrics, Data Analysis, Action Audit Databases, CostumersSpecifications Interpretation, continuous improvement, knowledge of requirements forfabrication, metal mechanic ( like press brake , hydro form , shear , roll form , CNC machinein 3 and 4 axis ) and small assemblies ( like joining dissimilar metals , sealant , wet install ,rivets installations , ground stud check resistance and installation for different kind ofmaterials, blueprint interpretation (GD&T), also trainer on different orientation courses ,some of them related to Quality and others related to product acceptance, also knowledgeon special processes ( like paint , chem. Film , anodize , heat treat ,precipitation artificialage and hardness and conductivity tests.)Knowledge in most common aerospacespecifications since manufacturing to final inspection.

OET initiative administration, Improvement and redesign of OET’s platform, optimization ofdata bases (Access & Excel) , PokaYoke initiative administration, daily reports, weeklymetrics, continuous improvement, quick hits, handling & audit of corrective actions,development and trainer on some quality and continues improvement courses (like OET,Pokayoke,etc..), lean time improvement.

Personnel Management, line balancing, compliance with productionstandards, optimization of space, daily report on the line production standards,inventories, material handling and disposal of scrap, analysis and repair of cellular linemanagement.

Continues improvement, Process elaboration, Quick Hits, Handling APQP, Control Plan,FMEA, documentation’s translate, handling of tooling and gauges and Approval Process.

Analysis and repair of cellular, welded: LCD, speakers, wire, pushbottoms, Light Sensor, Tactile Sensor, Flex, changed Keypads and Elaborations of RF probe.

Electricals probes elaborations for wafers, week maintenance for Probers andinkers.
