Customer Relationship Officer
Current* Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.* Answer internal and external customer enquiries (e.g., Email, face to face, phone)* Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.* Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)* Uncover customers needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
