Act as the liaison between students and academic staff in the Civil Engineering School.

The working group will bring together faculty, school representatives and members of the engineering student community to support the improvement and implementation of the University Student Life Strategy relating to academic and non-academic services and support for students.

- Providing assistance to the Events Executive members by helping with tasks such as shopping for necessary ingredients and setting up for the event. - Engaging with members and non-members during events - Giving ideas and suggestions for future events

- Marketing all the events organised by the Sri Lankan Society on Social Media- Managing the Facebook and Instagram Pages dedicated to the society- Providing support during the event and when planning the events- Managing and finding sponsorship opportunities

- Providing general help and support to the rest executive team- Attending meetings and providing support when organizing events

- Design graphics for Instagram and Merch to market the society and events- Managed social media platforms associated with the society
