Meeting customer deadlines by coordinating with the customer, designers, suppliers, sewing technicians, stores and sample room. Negotiating on the competitive prices with the suppliers. Managing the daily problems which are encountered (Eg: finding a solution when the supplier sends the wrong raw material and when you are working on tight deadlines). Any discrepancies were negotiated and discussed with the respective marketing teams and customers. Involved in the quarterly audits and the ISO audits which were carried out. Worked with SAP ERP System.Carried out power point presentations, monthly sales forecast, monthly sales finalization. Was also involved in the year end budget.

Final Year training recommended by the Chartered Institute of Sri Lanka was carried out. I worked in the audit teams of Nations Trust Bank PLC, Hemas Holdings and J L Morrisson’s PLC.

Completed my Year 1 (Intermediate) training for Chartered Accountancy, and worked with SAP ERP System. Also took the lead role in compiling information for the Annual Report and successfully proof read and printed the Annual Report.
