- Preparation of special price offers upon requests from customers- Processing orders for approved offers into the ERP system and follow-up the procurement process- Share current status of all customer balances and create a weekly upload Schedule- Based on ERP reports for customers with decreased purchases, offering special price offers and follow-up- Special research on customer finding techniques in foreign trade- Preparation of loading paperwork as a result of the transport operation created based on the approval received from the customer (invoice, packing list, draft B/L)- To communicate with forwarders and customs offices, to transmit the necessary documents, organize the loading and follow the processes until the products reach the customer- Building relationships with coworkers, clients, and strategic partners

- Receiving offers from shipowners based on customer requests and offering the most competitive price- Serve as a bridge between the shipowner and the customer for approved proposals and carry out logistics operations- Follow-up of the loading from the seller's loading point until it reaches the buyer and control of the loading documents- Initiate communication for cooperation with forwarding agents in different countries and work to improve imports

- File tracking and archive editing for shipment documents- Writing export declaration and preparation of loading documents- Preparation of health certificates for food shipments- Follow-up of payments and Eximbank controls
