We continue to fulfil our original development finance mandate of helping Eswatini citizens to start new businesses and grow existing businesses by offering them affordable finance, thus creating jobs, growing the economy,and alleviating poverty. In 2010, we set up FIRST FINANCE to offer general purpose loans to government and corporate employees in Eswatini and FINSURE, which is now a fully licensed insurance company offering a full range of short-term and life insurance products to individuals and organisations in Eswatini.We recently engaged with the Frankfurt School of Businesss, who helped us improve our internal processes and formulate a strategy for sustainable growth through strengthening our business development support services to SME clients, expanding First Finance's loan book and growing Finsure, which has only recently upgrade from being an insurance broker to a fully fledged insurance company able to underwrite business itself. Provide strategic oversight and strategic direction to this entire financial services company.

Serve as Operational Head of all strategic Business Units namely SME Credit Extension; Finance; Administration; HR; IT; and Legal Departments.

Overall financial management & accounting function.

Perform the entire Credit Control Function of the Depot.Control stock and distribution of all product lines.Oversee a span of control of eight (8) people in Sales & Distribution, Accounting and Bonded Warehousing.Oversee daily collections and banking.Prepare monthly reports to the Head Office based in Cape town.

Preparation of Monthly Consolidated Accounts for onward submission to Central Bank of Swaziland. Receiving and Reviewing Management Accounts from all eight (8) branches of the bank.Oversee reconciliations of all Nostro & Vostro Accounts including foreign currency correspondent accounts.Oversee the overall finance & accounting function at Head Office.
