Responsible with development, implementation and coordination of new alternative delivery services.Projects ✔️◌ First PUDO delivery service in Romania in partnership with OMV Petrom and Lagardère Travel Retail. My role was to design and launch a new delivery service through partners who own large shops and petrol stations networks.I was responsible for design the whole project, identify and negotiate with supliers and partners, setting up a coordination department and launch and manage all Collect Point activities;We made it possible for customers to easily drop off small parcels in over 500 gas stations and over 200 newspaper stores.◌ In partnership with PayPoint, the largest network of partner stores in Romania, over 10,000, we launched a service that allows eCommerce customers to pick up their online orders from proximity stores located in places easily accessible, near workplaces or homes.My role was to design the business plan for setting up a new last mile delivery channel;Responsible for establishing the architecture of operational flows and systems;Coordinates the development teams;Build-up up the networking with eCommerce partners for gaining their trust in our new delivery solution;Launch and manage all service activities;The final product has materialized in secure service that can be managed by a small team of employees.◌The development of the eCommerce sector and the evolution of technology have led to changing consumer behavior.Responsible for establishing a partnership with KEBA Austria and launched a new service that allows eCommerce customers to pick up their products from lockers.Design the whole project, establishing the architecture of operational system flows, implementating and coordinates the development teams;◌ Design and implement with the student associations a dedicated service for students who studying at the Bucharest Universities. We create a new way for students families to deliver parcels for students in campuses.
