Hybrid job between finance, sales controlling and revenue management, reporting to Romanian General Manager, Polish regional head of Controlling and European CFO; coordinating activities between Romania, Poland, Bulgaria and Moldova:- Assisting Romania CEO in managing investment per client and brand (via P&L by customer and brand) and Assisting CFO in restating past spent after the company's merger and organisational change (for the past 3 fiscal years); ensure all commercial conditions are updated in contracts and all the spent corresponding to each fiscal year is properly restated by business client and brand- Ensuring budget plan is maintained and explanation of variation of actual vs budget vs prior fiscal year-Month end closing activities (for 2 entities & 3 fiscal years & 3 countries: accrual management, journals postings and documentation submission and administration for audit) and reporting actual vs forecast; checking correctness of actual for Romanian, Bulgarian and Moldavian clients- Support in revenue and billing process and approval of invoices for procurement of services; Allocating cost center and ledger account expenses - Working closely with Customer Service regarding invoices of corrections and other issues that can affect the result and together with the AR manager and Credit Controller  in order to monitor the credit and AR status cash collection and overdue invoices; Planning and controlling budgets assigned to clients and channels and their profitability analysis; approving spent by category-Supervising compliance of company activities with internal procedures and policies (policy of incurring obligations, buying policy, SOX, audit recommendations) and national law; Compliance of Customer Contracts and Agreements

- Month end activities (accrual calculation and submission in accountancy); datasubmission in ESSBASE; prepare monthly financial board for Financial Director, SalesGeneral Manager, regional controller in Paris and for Romania Marketing Director-Carrying out regular controlling tasks for Marketing and Salesforce (P&L, monthly landing, data consolidation, forecasting, actual vs budget vs PY, campaign closing and evaluation, margins for different promotions, allocation of cost of good sold between Romanian sales vs export )- Preparing and coordinating budget and re-previsions and updating in ESSBASE; KPI &Budget control & monitoring: allocation of expenses by nature and cost center; approving of spent request coming from each department-Worked closely with product managers in order to animate sales and campaigns;approved campaigns after analyzing their profitability; post-evaluation of campaigns-Provide financial information for internal and external auditors; green qualification afterinternal audit control ( 2 months of in-site)- Bonus checking, accrual calculation and approval of salaries for sales Force team;monitoring the cost center and the allocation of Sales Force team costs in accountancy-Part in transversal teams: for automation of calculus for Gross Margins for Export in Qlick View together with external software developers and internal IT

•Assisting Category Managers in catalogs management and strategic sourcing projects•Global sourcing activities related to inventoried items: RFQ management; negotiation; selection and award of suppliers•Analyzing spend per supplier by region, category performance and determine ways to minimize costs (negotiating prices for the next period, payback, rebates)•Contract administration: monitoring contracts expiring date and amend them according to new negotiations; contract status report to stakeholders; identification of missing clauses in framework agreements related to procurement and draft proposal; contract and addendum drafting
