-Distill feedback from field and marketing personnel into prioritized features for CodeWarrior release;-Provide technical expertise about software tools topics in support of Business Unit activities, working with the Software Program Manager to craft technical customer-facing materials for presentation, preparation and presentation of technical information regarding tools in responses to Requests for Information/Quotation, etc.- Responsible for defining the Product Roadmap, maintaining requirements and ensure that various components are coherent;

Interacting on a day-to-day basis with customers via phone and email to resolve technical support issues and manage the customer experience, generating technical content such as knowledgebase or FAQ’s, whitepapers, internal training, and sample applications on a quarterly basis. Customer visits and fulfilling internal and customer training requests.-Manage the customer experience for customers of Freescale-Maintain accurate and informative details of customer interactions using tracking database software. -Troubleshoot both hardware and software contained within various embedded system configurations. -Work concurrently with remote and local development teams via email and phone to resolve issues. -Isolate software bugs and develop test cases to demonstrate software bugs from customer input. -Capture and isolate feature requests from customer input. -Participate in formal document reviews for external and internal use. -Develop proactive technical content such as FAQ’s, whitepapers, and sample applications. -Provide feedback to management and product teams based on customer feedback. -Develop internal training modules for cross training purposes.
