Leading a team composed from 3 sales rep, 1 technician and 2 agency companies. Finalize 2021 with a turnover of 600 K€. Build market growing strategy, in circle, enlarging the diameter from the center (factory) step by step. Open contact with the most suitable distribution channels for our division. Identify tractor product and correct price level accepted by the market; Identify products with unique sailing position; Implement most economically efficient product portfolio for powder product line; Build a fair motivational scheme for the team and a profitable rewarding system for the company. Choose right mix of marketing actions to support decided distribution channels. Start to create a sales application to connect applicators -dealers-MC Bauchemie.

Reporting direct to Administrator and shareholders.Responsible for setting of the company in the actual location, implementation of: company politics, company reporting and company ERP system, building of an operational team.Implement rules and regulation matching with Romanian legislation and company politics to ensure proper operation of the plant in the day-to-day business activities.Responsible for all controlling, financial and accounting activities. Supervise and coordinate payroll activities. Supervise the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of the books. Preparation of the Financial Statement, VAT declaration and Tax Income Declaration for Romanian Accounting Standard. Responsible for all fiscal controls. Preparation of the reports for Head Quarter: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Setting the rules of Credit Management and ensure the proper implementation in the system.Approval of all payments done by the company. Preparation of the yearly budget of the company in accordance with company regulation together with other Head of Departments. Supervise and provide explanation for budget execution during the year. Follow-up of the investment budget. Organize and supervise the yearend inventory.Ensure execution in proper condition of the year end audit for the company. Provide any other reports required by superior management of the company and shareholders.

Financial Manager, reporting direct to Plant ManagerOrganize and co-ordinate the accounting and finance department Establishes controlling and budgeting procedures Implements accurate reporting systems to the local management and HQ Coordinates the finance reports (yearly, quarterly, monthly reports), profit & lost reports, cash flow reports, other reports for the finance authorities from Romania Performs and provide the month-end and year-end reports based on local and Group requirements to the Organization in Romania, Romanian Finance Institutions and HQ. Delivers the key figures or reports to headquarter and Site Manager whenever necessary. Manages the reconciliation between the Romanian financial system and Group standards Manages the activities of financial, accounting and controlling departments Represents the Organization in relation with Banks and authorities Manages periodical activities regarding the inventory processes.Makes and implements the financial politics procedures relating with the Group’s laws. Manage the activities regarding the VAT documents for the Organization in Romania and fiscal representative HQ Decisional factor for the level costs control of products. Supervises the company budget and responsible for corrective actions in case of forecasted budget deviations Acts as in interface between local accounting department and external auditors (year-end audit, fiscal controls) Performs cost analyses and international reporting packages in line with IFRS Coordinate HR reporting’s for the Group and for Romanian authorities. Implement internal HR procedures in compliance with Group and Romanian regulations. Chief Accountant reporting direct to Chief Financial Officer .Coordinator for 5 persons in Financial- Accounting Giving responsibilities to each person from department, taking care of respecting the dead-lines and checking the correctness of the works.Implementation of the integrated soft program – SAP.
