Construction / Industrial Services of scaffolding Reporting to the shareholders of the Company- Establishment of new offices in the countries neighbouring Romania- Marketing and public relations- Implementation of the QMS ISO 9001, ISO 14004 and OHSAS 18001- Controlling the whole activity of the Company

- Ensuring sales target fulfilment and collections in the South including Bucharest;- Establishing business relationships with general contractors in construction;- Information by visiting the builders (active / potential) aimed at promoting the products and the company with the objective of increasing the number of clients and a turnover on assigned area; - Responsible for the development of commercial contracts in Bucharest, following all aspects of: negotiation of contract terms, contract preparation, delivery and allocation of human resources and logistics returns.

-Opening and coordination of a new branch to the south of Romania;-Informing clients about new products;-Tracking the daily activity subordinate staff to ensure correct application ofprocedures;-Compliance with deadlines imposed by the manufacturer and planning activities inorder to meet new deadlines;-Establishing relationships with general contractors to solve in time and in goodconditions all occasional problems;-Prospecting market profile and conditions of purchase / delivery;-Responsibility for negotiating quality contracts / amendments with partners /entrepreneur / builders;-Responsibility for the quality of subordinate staff;Transmission of the Director-General reports (weekly, monthly) on sales, salesgrowth action plan;-Harmonization, use of available resources (time, people, etc..) To obtain the bestresults;-Motivate team;-Design, together with Director General, commercial strategies / managementpriority for achieving the set target sites

Monitor progress of construction of the site and participate in decisive phases as a representative of AG Heberger;Check monthly statements of work including supporting documents (attachment sheets, technical agreements, measurements, declarations of conformity, hidden works PV, PV and PV decisive phase of quality materials put into operation);Verification of documents generated by changes in execution to the project (establishing notes, memoranda supporting construction provisions, additional notes);Identification and reporting to the Project Manager all issues that may affect completion time, quality and cost of the project;-Responsible to the authorities for compliance with current legislation on site (Engineer, State Construction Inspection).-Development of offers and schedules execution to participate in the auction - the "WTC Constanta";

Monitor progress of construction including making regular visits and inspections of construction and participation in decisive phases as a representative of the Employer;Regular review, together with financial responsibility, the statements and projections payment before construction;Checking interim payment certificates, invoices and periodic reports submitted by the manufacturer;Knowledge of and compliance with Contract Funding and grants working procedures;And update the database with the project documents;Drafting documents and correspondence with the Ministry of Public Finance, the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Housing, the European Investment Bank and with the companies participating in tenders for awarding of contracts financed by the European Banks.

Establish constructive solution under the guidance of experienced staff;Perform sizing calculations for static and low complexity works / medium;Develop overall design (concrete and steel structures);Develop and design details typical concrete execution;Preparation of specifications for manufacturing and material statements;Preparing written documentation (technical report, tracking software quality program execution and performance monitoring time);Participation in site visits.
